The two first floor bedrooms are master suites “lock outs” that can be accessed, naturally, from the living/dining room, but also have their own private exterior entrances. Each one includes a king size bed, sleeper sofa, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, television and private porch.

The second level has a large sitting room well-suited for us as a TV lounge or a children’s activity area. The two spacious second floor suites each feature two queen-size beds, computer desk and well-appointed baths.

The unique lockout design allows guests the opportunity to rent one master suite (1 BR, 1 BA), the “main” that includes the great room, kitchen and second floor suites (2 BR, 2 BA), a combination of the main and a master suite (3 BR, 3 BA), or the full cottage (4 BR, 4 BA).

Each Cottage is sold with all furniture and furnishings including five televisions, full kitchen package, drapes and window coverings, all blankets, etc.
